Sales Counseling: Engage with professionals and recent graduates, guiding them towards impactful career upskilling through persuasive sales techniques. Sales Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire sales journey, from lead engagement to final program enrollment, ensuring targets are met while maintaining CRM integrity. Job Description Specific Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Legal Strategy and Advisory: Collaborate with Skill Lync business team to develop and lead implementation of legal strategy. Oversee and support the day-to-day operations and lead implementation of legal strategy for Skill Lync and Crio.do. Provide time-sensitive support on a wide array of legal inquiries in connection with all aspects of business and operations. Ensure day-to-day legal needs of all departments are adequately met. 2. Risk Identification: Identify and consult on legal risks in connection with any external partnerships, regulatory, data security and privacy, intellectual property requirements and any other matters as needed. 3. Agreements and Contracts: Draft, review, negotiate and advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external counterparts on a variety of commercial agreements, including NBFC, B2B agreements, operations agreements, services agreements, partnerships, marketing agreements, etc. 4. External Counsel Management and Litigation management: Liaise with specialist external counsel in relation to litigations and dispute matters of the Company. 5. Overseeing secretarial compliances Qualifications BA. LLB. Hons/ LLB from a any university, Company Secretary preferred but not mandatory Experience: 5-8 years of experience as an in-house counsel along with experience contractual drafting and negotiations, Experience in dealing with and resolving litigation, including consumer litigations.
