Sales Counselling: Engage with professionals and decision-makers, guiding them toward impactful career upskilling through strategic consultative sales. Sales Lifecycle Management: Lead the full sales journey from lead engagement to program enrollment, ensuring exceptional CRM management and a seamless client experience. Strategic Sales Planning: Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, aligning with business goals. Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with leadership to provide market insights that refine and evolve our sales strategies and offerings. Who Are We Looking For? Professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech or education sectors. A proven track record of sales success , with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to influence key stakeholders. A tech-savvy individual or someone passionate about technology and its applications in the upskilling market.
