Role Overview

We are seeking a

Customer Relationship Manager

who will be the voice of BuildMart to our customers — handling queries, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in

e-commerce or B2B services

, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. This role involves direct interaction with buyers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across the platform.📌

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.Ensure prompt and professional resolution of order-related issues (pricing, dispatch, returns, payments, etc.).Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, sales, accounts) for issue resolution.Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer interaction logs.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and repeat buyers.Follow up for payments, dispatch status, and customer satisfaction after delivery.Prepare weekly customer feedback reports and escalate recurring issues.Support product onboarding by explaining offerings, pricing, and order process to new clients.🧠

Technical Knowledge

Understanding of e-commerce workflows (orders, returns, refunds, payment follow-ups).Familiarity with construction materials or B2B order cycles is an added advantage.💻

IT Skills

Hands-on with

CRM tools

(Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).Proficient in

Excel

Google Sheets

, and messaging tools (WhatsApp Web, email systems).Basic understanding of ERP/order management systems is beneficial.🎓

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).3–5 years of experience in

customer service or relationship management

, preferably in

e-commerce or construction material industry

.💰

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month depending on experience and skillset.Opportunity to grow into team lead or key account management roles.
