Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with key customers. In this role, you will identify opportunities to grow our customer base, resolve customer complaints, and ensure maximum client satisfaction. You will also engage in proactive outreach, providing education, troubleshooting, and support to existing and potential clients.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in administration or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in a customer service role.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all customer bases.
A positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
Proven ability to function independently and within a team.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills for customer interactions.
