The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with professionalism. Resolve customer queries related to insurance services. Maintain accurate customer records in the system. Ensure excellent service quality and adherence to call center protocols. Communicate effectively in English and Hindi. Required Skills:Strong communication and listening skills. Good understanding of customer service ethics and quality standards. Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
