This role is ideal for someone who loves building long-term relationships with clients, turning their wedding dreams into reality, and ensuring a seamless planning experience from the first meeting to the big day. You will be the primary point of contact for couples, managing their expectations, providing expert guidance, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring each wedding is executed flawlessly , while nurturing client satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for all clients throughout the planning journey. Build strong, trust-based relationships with couples and their families. Conduct regular check-ins and provide updates on planning progress. Gather feedback and ensure complete client satisfaction. Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Wedding Planning & Coordination Understand client vision, style, and budget to create tailored wedding concepts. Develop detailed timelines, checklists, and event schedules. Coordinate with vendors, negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery of services. Conduct site visits and create event layouts.
