The Role: - Setup and manage financial controls and accounting procedures - Ensure full transparency over financial performance of the company - Ensure appropriate cash flow by owning up responsibility of payables and receivables. - Formulate and execute the financial strategy of the company in short term as well as long term. - For new initiatives company is undertaking, performing analysing cost-benefit, sensitivity, ROI and other financial modelling to understand and communicate potential risks in timely manner. - Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained. - Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements - Maintain speed and accuracy in billing, ledger hygiene for customers and vendors - Supervise other finance personnel in the team - Ensure compliance with the law and companys policies - Ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct & indirect tax returns including GST and TDS returns; appearing before regulatory tax authorities - Liaising with Government Departments and Regulatory Authorities like Tax Department for obtaining necessary sanctions and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations.
