The Role: Develop good relations with pan-India transport partners. Sourcing of vehicles from these partners on dedicated/ad-hoc basis at competitive rates. For new transport partners, negotiating rates and ensuring SLAs are understood and followed by the partners. Coordinate with transport partners, drivers, delivery boys to ensure vehicle placement, deliveries as per pre-defined schedule and post-delivery documentation. Drive continuous process improvements within local transportation to improve reliability and cost of distribution operations. Understand the pain-points of our partners and work actively to reduce these so that we create lasting value for the partners.

We work with select existing cold storage and reefer owners. With the AbleCold Operating System, we streamline operations to improve service standards while maintaining costs. Our innovative business model - asset-light, tech-enabled, integrated Supply Chain management - enables us to have higher service reliability, customized solutions and faster access to markets than existing players. The Role: - Setup and manage financial controls and accounting procedures - Ensure full transparency over financial performance of the company - Ensure appropriate cash flow by owning up responsibility of payables and receivables. - Formulate and execute the financial strategy of the company in short term as well as long term. - For new initiatives company is undertaking, performing analysing cost-benefit, sensitivity, ROI and other financial modelling to understand and communicate potential risks in timely manner. - Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained. - Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements - Maintain speed and accuracy in billing, ledger hygiene for customers and vendors - Supervise other finance personnel in the team - Ensure compliance with the law and companys policies - Ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct & indirect tax returns including GST and TDS returns; appearing before regulatory tax authorities - Liaising with Government Departments and Regulatory Authorities like Tax Department for obtaining necessary sanctions and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations. Operational Oversight: Supervise coordination with drivers, delivery personnel, and third-party transport partners to ensure on-time deliveries and proper documentation. Monitor daily route plans and schedules to optimize transport efficiency and resource utilization. Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline transportation operations. Analyze data to reduce costs, minimize delays, and improve service reliability. Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of transport operations and issues. Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This role is customer-centric wherein you will take care of day-to-day interactions with customers and ensuring operations are running smoothly by co-ordinating with various functions within the organisation. Responsibilities: Handling of Key Customer Accounts and solving their day-to-day issues Responsibility and Ownership of being the Single Point of Contact for the assigned customers Listening to the Customers requests / complaints and provide a response / solution within pre-defined timelines. Reaching out to the right person internally to get the problem resolved for the customer. Establish long term relationships with the assigned customers through routine follow ups and meetings Reporting to the Operations Manager every week to discuss the feedback received from the Customers Responsible for maintaining inventory in excel, ERP or as per any requirement of the client. Ability to solve complex operational problems end-to-end and taking initiative to streamline operations. Should have the ability to manage conflicts that may arise within team or with customer. Requirement: High energy with a zeal to build business from scratch and have a sense of ownership Previous experience in relationship management is required. Ability to use excel intermediate level. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Willingness to roll your sleeves and hustle for ad-hoc problem solving whenever operational need arises. Previous start-up experience is preferable.
