Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Job Location: Greater Noida (office job)

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate with

  7–8 years

  of experience in Sales / Sales Coordination,

  OR

• MBA (Marketing) with

  4–6 years

  of relevant experience
• Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales coordination, and order processing

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers for

  orders, payments, dispatches, samples, and complaint resolution

• Perform routine CRM activities including

  order entry, cancellations, amendments, and sample requests

• Prepare and circulate

  monthly off-take reports

• Conduct

  month-end sales analysis

  and share insights with the sales leadership
• Maintain

  ISO documentation

  and provide required monthly data for audits and compliance
• Communicate

  revised price lists

  to customers as and when required
• Share

  daily sales MIS

  including total sales orders, pending orders, and dispatch status
• Coordinate with

  Production and Planning

  teams for priority orders and dispatch alignment
• Liaise with the

  Dispatch department

  for daily shipment execution
• Follow up with the

  Logistics team

  for deliveries and handle issues such as damages, shortages, or delays
• Support administrative activities including

  courier coordination, sample shipments, and documentation

• Coordinate daily with

  Sales Representatives

  regarding orders, dispatches, and customer requirements
• Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the sales and CRM function
