To manage customer relationships, ensure seamless service, support the sales team, and drive customer satisfaction for a leading B2B jewellery manufacturing company.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Generate market leads and support business development.
  • Track customer payments, overdue accounts, and ensure timely recovery.
  • Prepare regular CRM MIS reports and dashboards.

  • Maintain high standards of communication, coordination, and follow‑ups with customers and internal teams.


Qualifications / Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of CRM experience in the jewellery industry or any luxury B2B sales sector.
  • Strong follow‑up with sales and excellent customer handling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and related tools.

  • Mature thought process with ability to analyse data and take informed process-related decisions.
  • Strong focus on data accuracy and systematic record keeping of customer information.
