Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and resourceful Personal & Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in both personal and professional aspects of daily life. This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage personal tasks, household affairs, and office coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring the MD’s schedule, meetings, and day-to-day requirements are smoothly handled with efficiency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: • Personal Assistance: o Oversee personal errands, bookings, shopping, and travel arrangements. o Coordinate household or personal staff as needed. o Handle confidential tasks related to the MD’s personal life and schedule. • Calendar & Meeting Management: o Maintain the MD’s calendar and schedule all appointments and meetings. o Prepare meeting agendas, reminders, and ensure timely follow-ups. o Coordinate logistics for both in-person and virtual meetings. • Office & Administrative Support: o Act as the MD’s first point of contact for internal and external communication. o Assist with basic office management and daily administrative operations. o Support in managing guests, staff coordination, and office upkeep. • Travel & Event Coordination: o Plan and manage all travel logistics—flights, accommodations, transport. o Assist in organizing events, team gatherings, and personal engagements. • Task & Time Management: o Monitor daily to-do lists and ensure timely completion of all delegated tasks. o Anticipate needs and stay one step ahead of the MD’s routine. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree (Master’s or Executive Assistant certification preferred) • Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant is appreciated. • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools • Freshers with strong interpersonal and organizational skills are welcome to apply Show more Show less
