We Are Hiring: Production Supervisor (Shift Operations) | Tekni-Plex India Pvt. Ltd.

Location:

Job Type: Full-Time | 8-Hour Rotational Shifts

Education:

Are you experienced in plastic product manufacturing and ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic production environment?

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage shift operations at our manufacturing unit. Candidates with experience in plastic extrusion processes will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute production during shifts
Supervise and manage shift manpower
Handle process troubleshooting and problem-solving
Coordinate with maintenance for preventive upkeep
Ensure quality and safety compliance

Ideal Candidate Profile:

2 to 5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing or flexible packaging
Strong knowledge of
extrusion processes and plastic polymers
Effective communication and team leadership skills
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, reports)
Age: 25 to 30 years
Preferred residence: Gota, SG Highway, Ranip, Kalol, Kadi, or nearby areas
