Join a global leader in plastic packaging innovation. Tekni-Plex is looking for an experienced production professional to lead and optimize tube extrusion operations at our Gujarat facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) production targets
• Oversee Plastic Tube Extrusion (PP, HDP, LDP) – 0.70mm ID to 15mm OD
• Manage production planning, manpower (20 to 30 members), and shift scheduling
• Oversee entire plant operations including Production, Dispatch, Stores, Maintenance, and General Administration
• Drive implementation of TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and ISO systems
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Ensure high standards in quality, safety, productivity, and cost-efficiency
• Analyze data, reduce wastage, and improve resource utilization
• Foster team engagement and handle on-floor issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with plant safety and regulatory norms

Candidate Profile

• Diploma in Plastic or Mechanical Engineering
• 6 to 10 years of experience in plastic processing (preferably tube extrusion)
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory or middle management role
• Strong knowledge of extrusion machinery, quality systems, ERP, and ISO
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate effectively across departments
• Problem-solving approach with a task-oriented and result-driven mindset
