Position: - New Business Development Sales Engineer Job Summary: - We are looking for a proactive and technically strong New Business Development Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in valves, pumps, piping, compressors, or other industrial equipment and will play a key role in develop new customers for our key product segments, develop new applications for existing customers using a technical sales route. About the Company: - MAGWEN Valves Private Limited, a 29-year-old company founded in Magdeburg, Germany, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and delivering flow control solutions globally. The India facility, established in December 2017, has been the sole manufacturing site for the group since July 2020. Their product range includes innovative valve solutions for various industries. Roles & Responsibilities: - • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries and regions. • Work on New Business Development (NBD) and introduce new solutions against their existing applications or develop new applications for the product solutions oered by MAGWEN • Understand customer requirements and recommend customized technical & commercial solutions. • Collaborate with design, production, and R&D teams to develop new processes and improve existing ones. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to support business strategy. • Provide technical support during client discussions, site visits, and product trials. • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure consistent follow-ups for project closures. • Achieve sales and growth targets set by the management. Qualification & Skill Set: - • Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Production Engineering. • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical marketing in valves, pumps, piping, compressors, or industrial products. • Strong understanding of industrial processes and product applications. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in teams. • Willingness to travel frequently for business development activities.
