Benchmarking with competitors for Weight, Torque, Cv, etc. Handling R&D and Innovation Projects, Special product performance / validation testing Performing FEA, CFD on SolidWorks & Ansys Developing new Calculations, Design methodologies Technical Support to Design Execution Team: Material Selection, Application Engineering, Control Valve & Check Valve Sizing Cross Functional Interface, Training subordinates / colleagues Initiating & Leading Improvement Activities, VA/VE, Cost optimization, etc. Candidate Requirements: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (SolidWorks / Ansys), Microsoft Office & ERP, Awareness of QMS, Knowledge of materials science, fluid dynamics and thermodynamics, Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g. API, ASME, ISO), Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams, Excellent creativity & problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. candidate shall have relevant experience in NPD & R&D of Industrial Valves. Quality Management System: Implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System aligned with API QI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSASI ISO 45001, and PED 2014/68/EU requirements. Develop, document, and update QMS procedures, Work Instructions, Formats, and manuals. Monitor and analyze QMS performance metrics and recommend corrective actions. Audit and Compliance: Conduct internal QMS audits to ensure compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with external auditors for certification and surveillance audits. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and verified. Improvement Initiatives: Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities. Promote the use of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizens and other quality improvement methodologies. Sustainability and Environmental Management: Implement sustainability initiatives in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with environmental management standards (ISO 14001). o Monitor environmental performance and drive initiatives for improvement. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for employees on QMS procedures, internal auditing, and improvement methodologies. Candidate Requirements: - In-depth knowledge of API QI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PED 2014/68/EU standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certified Internal QMS Auditor. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality improvement methodologies is a plus.
