Position: - Technical EA

Job Summary: -

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Executive Assistant. The Technical EA will coordinate project documentation, follow-up on technical tasks, prepare detailed reports, and act as a bridge between the executive office and the organisation, vendors and customers on behalf of the Managing Director.

MAGWEN Valves Private Limited, a 29-year-old company founded in Magdeburg, Germany, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and delivering flow control solutions globally. The India facility, established in December 2017, has been the sole manufacturing site for the group since July 2020. Their product range includes innovative valve solutions for various industries.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Assist the Managing Director in managing technical communication, project timelines, and engineering workflows & conduct research based on the specific project requirements from time to time.
• Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on technical action items and deadlines in coordination with the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.
• Ensure smooth communication between management and department heads.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and technical documentation filing.
• Monitor project KPIs, update trackers, and assist in internal audits or review meetings.

Qualification & Skill Set: -

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a Top 50 Engineering School / College and having graduated with at least 7.5 CGA
• Strong command over MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Experience of about 3-4 years in the industry especially in a core technical field.
