Sr. Engineer/ Assistant Manager QMS

Quality Management System:

• Implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System aligned with API QI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSASI ISO 45001, and PED 2014/68/EU requirements.
• Develop, document, and update QMS procedures, Work Instructions, Formats, and manuals.
• Monitor and analyze QMS performance metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Audit and Compliance:
• Conduct internal QMS audits to ensure compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with external auditors for certification and surveillance audits.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and verified.
• Improvement Initiatives:
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Promote the use of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizens and other quality improvement methodologies.
• Sustainability and Environmental Management:
• Implement sustainability initiatives in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental management standards (ISO 14001). o Monitor environmental performance and drive initiatives for improvement.
• Training and Development:
• Conduct training sessions for employees on QMS procedures, internal auditing, and improvement methodologies.

Candidate Requirements: -

• In-depth knowledge of API QI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PED 2014/68/EU standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in QMS software and tools.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Certified Internal QMS Auditor.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Candidate shall have relevant experience QMS / Management Representative (MR) functions in API QI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PED 2014/68/EU standards from Valves or Pum s industry carries more reference.
