Palriwal Industries Private Limited, founded in 2000 and based in Jharkhand, India, is a leading manufacturer of Coal Tar Pitch and its by-products. Over the years, the company has achieved significant growth and has diversified into Aluminium wire rod and Conductor manufacturing with advanced production facilities. Its state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is approved by esteemed organizations such as PGCIL, NTPC, GETCO, BSPTCL, and various State Electricity Boards and DisComs. Palriwal Industries is recognized for its quality and reliability in the industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for an Assistant Production Manager. The Assistant Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, monitor production schedules, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment, managing inventory efficiently, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations and meet production goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in production management, process control, and operational efficiency
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, maintenance, and safety regulations
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor production schedules effectively
Experience with inventory management and quality assurance processes
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in manufacturing or production management roles is an advantage
