Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Assistant Production Manager, located in Faridabad. The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for monitoring daily production processes, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards, coordinating with production teams for efficiency, and managing operational schedules. Responsibilities will also include overseeing inventory and supply chain needs, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing strategies to optimize production workflows. The position requires an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of production management processes, workflow optimization, and inventory management.
Proficiency in quality assurance and safety protocols, including FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills for managing teams and coordinating tasks effectively.
Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges promptly.
Experience with food manufacturing or FMCG industries is a significant advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Hands-on proficiency with production software and tools is an asset.
