You are looking for a skilled Plant Operator to operate the Lecithin products production unit at Amitex Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate can be a fresher mechanical Engineer or a candidate having hands-on experience with oil refinery, lecithin plant systems, process equipment, and utility handling in a food-grade or agro-based process plant. Key Responsibilities: - Start-up, monitoring, and shutdown of lecithin drying equipment such as Drying Equipments, Extraction Equipments, Distillation equipments, Centrifuges, Bleachers & Utilities. - Operate steam, hot water, and air systems for heating and drying processes. - Handle lecithin input batches for de-oiling and drying. - Ensure accurate feeding and transfer of wet lecithin from crude storage or reactor tanks. - Operate and monitor pumps, agitators, filters, dryers, Distillation Equipment's, and conveying systems. - Supervise product flow from liquid lecithin to powder output via drying and cooling sections. - Maintain process parameters such as temperature, flow rate, and vacuum levels. - Coordinate with packing team to ensure uninterrupted powder collection and packaging. - Handle vacuum ejectors, condensate collection, and compressed air systems. - Ensure cleaning protocols are followed for food-grade hygiene standards. - Record shift-wise production data, downtime, material movement, and maintenance logs. - Operate valves, pipelines, and control headers for raw/final product movement across storage tanks, extractors, or dryers. - Ensure product is within required moisture and color specifications in coordination with QC.
