Assistant Production Manager

-Experience :- 4-5 Years
-Female Candidate Preferred

-· Plan and schedule daily/weekly production based on demand and orders.

· Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines and raw materials.

· Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize downtime and wastage.

· Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely raw material availability.

· Monitor product quality as per defined standards for fragrance, finish, burn time.

· Ensure strict QC checks at incoming, in-process & final stages.

· Maintain hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across production lines.

· Ensure documentation & compliance for regulatory standards

· Lead, train & supervise production staff, operators, and casual workers.

· Conduct performance reviews and improve productivity.

· Track consumption and maintain stock records for wax, fragrances, wicks, packaging, etc.

· Reduce production losses, rejections, and optimize process yields.

· Maintain machine maintenance logs and coordinate preventive maintenance with engineering team.

· Ensure safety standards and fire safety compliance in wax handling & heating operations.

· Conduct periodic safety training and risk assessments.

· Prepare daily production reports, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and MIS.

· Maintain and update sops, Work Instructions, Batch Production Records (BPR)

· Work closely with R&D to standardize new fragrances, burning properties & product finishes.

· Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery and identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines & provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Responsible for stock movement within the production area, manage production Documentation, stock accuracy and yield management

· Collaborate with quality assurance and quality control teams to monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed

Skills ::

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
