Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. The CRM Specialist will oversee the management and analysis of customer data to enhance client relationships and drive business growth. Responsibilities include interacting with clients to address inquiries, managing the CRM system, identifying and nurturing leads, coordinating with sales and project teams, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
