Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. The CRM Specialist will oversee the management and analysis of customer data to enhance client relationships and drive business growth. Responsibilities include interacting with clients to address inquiries, managing the CRM system, identifying and nurturing leads, coordinating with sales and project teams, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.

• Strong Sales and Communication skills to establish and maintain professional relationships
• Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Experience in Project Management, including planning and coordinating tasks effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively onsite with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Previous experience in the interior design or similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
