Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring seamless service, supporting the sales team, and driving customer satisfaction for a leading B2B jewellery manufacturing company in Jaipur. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and ensure timely and accurate order processing. - Generate market leads and support business development. - Prepare regular CRM MIS reports and dashboards. - Maintain high standards of communication, coordination, and follow-ups with customers and internal teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. - 5-7 years of CRM experience in the jewellery industry or any luxury B2B sales sector. - Strong follow-up with sales and excellent customer handling skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and related tools. - Mature thought process with the ability to analyze data and make informed process-related decisions. - Strong focus on data accuracy and systematic record-keeping of customer information.
