Role Description As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist at Dhee Jewels, you will play a key role in managing customer interactions and fostering strong relationships. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer data, developing CRM strategies, supporting sales teams, and managing CRM system updates and communications. This is a contract position based on-site in Chennai, where close collaboration with our team will ensure the successful implementation of customer-centric initiatives. Qualifications Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, with experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and drive actionable insights Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams Sales experience or aptitude for supporting and enhancing business development efforts Project Management skills for organizing and leading CRM projects and campaigns Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Chennai Experience in jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
