Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive, located in New Delhi. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage our customer database, support the Business Development team, and streamline communication processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth CRM operations, accurate data management, and timely reporting to strengthen customer engagement and BD performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update all customer and lead data in the CRM system with complete accuracy.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups to support the BD pipeline.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly CRM-based reports (lead status, follow-ups, pipeline movement, closures).
  • Create and manage workflows, email sequences, and automated reminders in the CRM.
  • Segment customer data for targeted campaigns and assist the Marketing team with CRM-driven activities.
  • Provide CRM assistance and basic training to BD team members when needed.
  • Analyze CRM dashboards and share insights to improve BD efficiency, customer retention, and process optimization.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in CRM management or data handling.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Fresh sales, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP preferred).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle large datasets.
  • Basic understanding of lead management, BD funnel stages, and customer lifecycle.
