  • Assist in managing customer interactions across email, chat, and social media channels to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain and update client records within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the onboarding process for new customers by preparing training materials and coordinating introductory sessions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client queries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer metrics and share insights with the Customer Success team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must-Have: Basic knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Must-Have: Proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and analysis.
  • Preferred: Prior internship or project experience in customer service or support.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) and digital communication etiquette.
  • Preferred: Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
