Join us to gain hands-on experience in CRM operations and customer relationship strategies, while working alongside seasoned professionals.Role & Responsibilities

Assist in managing customer interactions across email, chat, and social media channels to ensure timely and accurate responses.
Maintain and update client records within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Support the onboarding process for new customers by preparing training materials and coordinating introductory sessions.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements in service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client queries and escalate issues as needed.
Prepare regular reports on customer metrics and share insights with the Customer Success team.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must-Have: Basic knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Must-Have: Proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and analysis.
Preferred: Prior internship or project experience in customer service or support.
Preferred: Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) and digital communication etiquette.
Preferred: Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
