Interns will also conduct customer service activities, analyze customer feedback, and improve communication channels. A paid role will be considered based upon performance and onboarding targets during the internship. Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager to join our HealthTech team in Ahmedabad. If you’re passionate about building relationships with doctors, have a background in pharma sales, and want to be part of an ambitious initiative making waves in chronic disease care, this is your opportunity. Key Responsibilities Field Sales & Relationship Building: Travel across Ahmedabad and Gujarat to meet with doctors and consultants, focusing on diabetology and gynecology practices. Doctor Onboarding & Activation: Conduct product demos, convince doctors, handle onboarding, and ensure continuous usage of our digital platform. Targets and Performance-Based incentivisation Presales & Marketing Support: Use social media, distribute marketing kits, and ensure strong clinic-level engagement. Reporting & Follow-Up: Maintain structured Excel reports for activities and conversions. This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager in the HealthTech sector - depending on your experience and potential to grow.
