Customer Care Executive

Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or teams

Requirements:

Gradaute + Experience of at least 1 year
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer service tools
Ability to stay calm and patient under pressure
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work in shifts

Benefits:

Fixed salary: 25,000 CTC per month
Performance-based incentives (if applicable) and Quarterly Bonus
5 days working and Cabs in odd hours
