Job description: Job Title: Accountant Experience: 1-2 years Location: Jaipur Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive Accountant with a background in financial institutions. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in internal audits, compliance audits, operational risk assessments, and the development of risk registers, risk control matrices (RCM), and Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA). Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, regulatory compliance, and policy adherence. Manage GST compliance including returns filing, reconciliation, and addressing notices/queries. Handle direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, TDS, GST, Professional Tax, etc.). Ensure accurate and timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns . Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements as per statutory norms.
