Rust Developer

As a Rust Developer with at least 5+ years of experience (with at least 5+ years in Rust), your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining Rust-based applications. You will be working on high-performance, scalable, and secure applications, utilizing frameworks like Actix Web and Substrate. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining Rust-based applications - Applying microservices design patterns to architect scalable solutions - Contributing to blockchain and DeFi integrations with protocols such as Aave and Polygon - Working on backend systems with multi-language integration to deliver reliable software solutions - Developing and optimizing messaging pipelines using Kafka and caching systems like Redis - Managing and optimizing databases including SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, and IPFS - Deploying and managing applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes - Collaborating in Agile teams, applying Git-based version control and CI/CD practices - Ensuring code quality, conducting performance tuning, and resolving production-level issues - Staying current with new developments in the Rust ecosystem, blockchain technologies, and cloud-native computing Your skills and qualifications should include: - 5+ years of experience in IT software development, with at least 4+ years in Rust - Proficiency in Java, Rust, C++, JavaScript, and Solidity - Strong experience with microservices design and distributed system patterns - Hands-on knowledge of databases such as SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, and IPFS - Familiarity with blockchain/DeFi protocols like Aave and Polygon - Strong working knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and high-performance systems - Experience with Spring Boot, Actix Web, and Substrate Framework - Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and version control using Git - Good understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems - Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Preferred qualifications for this role may include experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), familiarity with DevOps tools & CI/CD pipelines, background in financial services, blockchain, or DeFi ecosystems, and knowledge of data analytics tools such as Anaconda and Excel for performance tracking.
