Job Title : Customer Care Executive

Job Type : Full Time

Location : Thoraipakkam, Chennai (WFO)

Shift : Day Shift


Note: 6-day working with 1 rotational weekly off. Immediate joiners preferred.

Specific Responsibilities:-

• Handle Inbound and Outbound calling for Member service.

• Identify and assess Members’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with member accounts through open and interactive communication.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right

methods/tools.

• Handle member complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within

the time limits.

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.

• Keep records of Member interactions and process customer accounts.
