JOB DESCRIPTION ● Essential Duties and Responsibilities: β—‹ Configure and customize ServiceNow modules. β—‹ Troubleshoot production and test issues, recommend corrective actions, and perform resolution. β—‹ Managing development deliverables using an Agile Framework β—‹ Support customers across various time zones. ● Qualifications: β—‹ Must have β–  2 to 4 years of total IT experience β–  1-2 years of ServiceNow Support and Development experience β–  BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field β–  ServiceNow Certifications - CSA β—‹ Good to have β–  ITIL Foundation V3 or v4 certification β–  ServiceNow Certifications – CAD ● Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: β—‹ Must have β–  Experience with ServiceNow modules - ITSM β–  Experience with application support and development activities. β–  Experience creating and configuring ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Flows and ACLs. β–  Write code adhering to coding best practices. β–  Understanding or experience with technical aspects of ServiceNow such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, CSS β–  Ability to work in shifts or out of standard working hours. β–  Ability to work independently and as a team member. β—‹ Good to have οƒΌ Experience with ServiceNow modules – SPM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM οƒΌ Experience with resolving issues within SLA timelines οƒΌ Experience with Upgrade and Cloning activities οƒΌ Knowledge of Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspaces, Now Assist, Performance Analytics, Scoped applications, οƒΌ Experience with working in a client-facing environment. ● Professional Requirements: β—‹ Strong written and oral communication skills including presentation skills. β—‹ Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. β—‹ Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. β—‹ Organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Show more Show less
