Job Description: As a Production and Inventory Manager at Annachi.fr, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that our products/services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be in charge of handling our suppliers purchases and maintaining our stock inventories, as well as coordinating with them. Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a highly motivated and skilled workforce. Plan and schedule production operations, ensuring that production targets are met within the specified timeframes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Supply Chain and R&D, to streamline processes and enhance product quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any form or equivalent work experience in stock management. Proven experience in production management, preferably in the ecommernce sector. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. Proficient in using production software and systems.
