Job Title: CRM Specialist (LeadSquared Expert)
Salary: Based on experience + Performance Incentives
Experience Required: 2+ years in CRM operations, preferably with LeadSquared expertise

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Specialist with strong experience in LeadSquared CRM to manage, automate, and optimize our lead management and customer engagement processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless CRM operations that drive conversion and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s LeadSquared CRM platform.
  • Create and manage workflows, automation rules, and lead distribution processes.
  • Monitor lead activity, track conversions, and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
  • Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights for sales and marketing performance.
  • Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and targeted communication strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the CRM system.
  • Provide training and technical support to internal teams on CRM best practices.
  • Work closely with management to streamline and enhance the customer lifecycle journey.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM management, preferably LeadSquared.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM data reporting and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and tech-savvy.
  • Good communication skills (Knowledge of Tamil/Telugu/Hindi/Malayalam is an added advantage)
