About the Role

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer relationship strategies that will enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our dynamic team in the Apparel & Fashion industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer relationship strategies that will enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and the ability to analyze data in order to cultivate long-lasting relationships with our clientele. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, drive engagement, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strategic thinking capabilities, and a passion for fashion, enabling them to truly resonate with our diverse customer base.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer experiences.
  • Analysing customer data, generating customer insights, and translating it into successful customer programs with segmented propositions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that drive customer engagement.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized service.
  • Monitor customer interactions and ensure their satisfaction throughout the purchasing journey.
  • Train and support team members on best practices in customer relationship management.
  • Provide regular reports on customer insights and relationship management metrics to senior management.


Qualifications

  • Preferably experience in Capillary Technology CRM tools.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management within the Apparel & Fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
  • Passion for the fashion industry, with a deep understanding of current market trends and consumer behaviors.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Capillary Technology CRM tools.
  • Experience in the Apparel & Fashion industry.
