Manager Marketing Location: Chennai, India Experience Required: 2–3 years in marketing, with proven experience in campaign strategy, team management, and retail/digital marketing Department: Marketing Role Overview This role plays a pivotal role in translating the brand’s vision into impactful campaigns and consumer experiences. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across digital, in-store, influencer, and media touchpoints. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Strategy & Execution Management Assist the Marketing Manager in developing seasonal and tactical campaign strategies. Lead the end-to-end execution of 360° campaigns — from concept to post-launch analysis. Collaborate with creative, media, and retail teams to deliver integrated marketing plans. Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning, timelines, and budgets. 2. Digital Marketing & Content Oversight Oversee performance marketing initiatives (Meta, Google Ads), website promotions, and CRM campaigns (email/SMS). Work with internal teams and agencies to build engaging digital content (videos, banners, influencer collabs). Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and ensure strong ROI on digital spends. Supervise content planning and execution across social media and e-commerce platforms. 3. In-Store Marketing & Retail Coordination Plan in-store marketing programs, VM updates, and activation calendars across 180+ stores. Coordinate closely with the Retail Operations and VM teams for timely rollouts. Drive store-specific campaigns for key markets and monitor footfall-driving initiatives. 4. Agency Management Liaise with creative, digital, influencer, and media agencies to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Maintain campaign trackers, budget reports, and project timelines across functions. 5. Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (brand engagement, store walk-ins, lead gen, conversions). Generate performance dashboards and recommend optimizations to the Marketing Manager. Conduct competitive benchmarking and consumer insights studies to guide future strategies Qualifications & Skills MBA/PG in Marketing, Fashion Management, or Communication preferred. 2–3 years of experience in brand or retail marketing, ideally in fashion/lifestyle/FMCG sectors. Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing — digital, ATL, BTL, and retail. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills. A self-starter with a creative mindset and business acumen.
