Role Overview

We are hiring a CRM Specialist who can implement, customize, and integrate CRM platforms based on client needs. This role is focused on helping businesses get the most value from their CRM by automating processes, setting up pipelines, and connecting with third-party applications.

While the position is mainly CRM-focused, basic knowledge of PHP & Laravel will be an added advantage for advanced customizations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

· Configure, customize, and manage leading CRM platforms.

· Build automation workflows, pipelines, and reports that simplify business operations.

· Handle third-party integrations such as email, SMS, telephony, payments, and eCommerce.

· Work with APIs, webhooks, and support data migrations.

· Provide training and support to ensure clients fully adopt CRM solutions.

Skills We Need

· Proven hands-on experience with modern CRM systems (Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot).

· Strong understanding of CRM automation, reporting, and pipeline management.

· Familiarity with API integrations and workflow design.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantage

· Knowledge of PHP & Laravel.

· Familiarity with MySQL, JavaScript, or eCommerce platforms like Magento, Shopify and Opencart.

Pay: ₹13,482.69 - ₹40,000.00 per month
