Role Description This full-time on-site role, located in Pune, involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining customer databases, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships to support sales and growth objectives. Additional tasks include following up on assigned leads, updating CRM systems, and coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment and issue resolution. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening Strong customer service and relationship management skills Experience in lead generation and sales techniques Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software tools Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred
