If you enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction, this role is the perfect fit for you. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will: - Politely and confidently communicate with customers via both inbound and outbound calls. - Identify and understand client needs to establish strong relationships. - Quickly address and resolve customer queries and complaints. - Maintain and update the CRM database. - Collaborate with the sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** - Talk to customers courteously and confidently on calls. - Understand and address client needs effectively. - Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly. - Update and manage the CRM database. - Coordinate with the sales, operations, and logistics teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Graduates, Freshers (training will be provided). - Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi; knowledge of other languages is a plus. - Good communication skills are preferred. - Basic knowledge of MS Office / MS apps is advantageous. - Female candidates are encouraged to apply, as empathy and patience enhance CRM handling.
