Area Sales Manager

Responsible for developing Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) channel - Menswear Apparel Brand in the given territory through managing end to end operational aspects of the stores and driving sales through them.

Functional Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales and collections targets for the assigned region.
• Gather market insights on market size, competition mapping, bill value, etc.
• Plan & manage discounts during End of Season Sale.
• Manage franchisees and build strong relationships with them in the respective regions.
• Monitor maintenance of hygiene factors at outlets in coordination with Visual Merchandisers.
• Monitor inventory levels at each store in the given region.
• Implement promotional activities – advertising campaigns, Visual communications.
• Effectively handle customer complaints.
• Drive building the brand of Indian Terrain through conferences, promotional events etc.,
• Build a strong, customer-focused sales team.
• Organize training and development for the front-end sales team.

Qualifications

• Must have Minimum 5 years Experience in Retail Apparel Garment Segment.
• To manage Store Team Exp.
• Bachelor degree must.
