Job Description

Responsible for developing Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) channel - Menswear Apparel Brand in the given territory through managing end to end operational aspects of the stores and driving sales through them.

Functional Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving sales and collections targets for the assigned region.
Gather market insights on market size, competition mapping, bill value, etc.
Plan & manage discounts during End of Season Sale.
Manage franchisees and build strong relationships with them in the respective regions.
Monitor maintenance of hygiene factors at outlets in coordination with Visual Merchandisers.
Monitor inventory levels at each store in the given region.
Implement promotional activities – advertising campaigns, Visual communications.
Effectively handle customer complaints.
Drive building the brand of Indian Terrain through conferences, promotional events etc.,
Build a strong, customer-focused sales team.
Organize training and development for the front-end sales team.

Qualifications

Must have Minimum 5 years Experience in Retail Apparel Garment Segment.
To manage Store Team Exp.
Bachelor degree must.
