Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Credit Analyst. The role involves assessing financial information, evaluating risks, and supporting decision-making for credit approvals and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports of prospective clients.

·        Conduct creditworthiness assessments and risk evaluations for individuals, corporates, and MSMEs.

·        Prepare credit appraisal notes and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

·        Liaise with clients, relationship managers, and internal teams to gather financial and business information.

·        Monitor existing portfolios, track repayment trends, and flag early warning signals.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

·        Support in structuring financial solutions and preparing MIS/reports for management review

Must Have:

·        3–5 years of relevant work experience in credit analysis, accounts, or finance.

·        Strong knowledge of financial ratios, credit appraisal techniques, and risk assessment.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling

·        Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills

·        Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams
