Credit Analyst

As an experienced Credit Analyst at Moksha Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve conducting credit appraisal and assessment, including Working Capital Cycle Assessment, evaluating collateral for loans, structuring loans effectively, managing Turnaround Time (TAT) for loan processing, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy, monitoring portfolio performance and managing risks, coordinating with various stakeholders, analyzing cases to determine feasibility within TAT, completing paperwork for bank submissions within deadlines, managing the entire process from bank login to case sanctioning within TAT, sanctioning loan files and visiting customers before renewals, and obtaining references and testimonials from customers. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Qualified CA/CS/CFA with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in SME lending - Strong analytical and technical skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Additionally, you should possess the following technical skills: - Proficiency in financial statement analysis - Knowledge of credit appraisal techniques - Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks - Understanding of banking regulations and RBI guidelines - Ability to use MS Excel for financial modeling and credit analysis Please note that this is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the office located at 408, 3rd Floor, Vikram Tower, Sapna Sangeeta Road, Indore.
