We are Exaltt Core Solutions / Elevate Digitech, a fast‑growing startup in software development / digital marketing & advertising. We’re building innovative products and campaigns that solve real‑world problems, and we’re looking for a visionary Creative Head to define our brand identity, creative direction, and storytelling across all touchpoints.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Creative Head to lead and elevate our entire creative function — brand, design, content, and digital experience. This is a strategic leadership role where you will set the creative vision, build and mentor a high‑performing creative team, and ensure every piece of communication (digital, print, product, and experience) reflects a world‑class brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the overall creative vision, brand identity, and tone of voice for the company across all channels (digital, social, print, product, and offline).
  • Lead and manage a cross‑functional creative team (designers, content creators, video editors, etc.) and external agencies, ensuring high‑quality, on‑brand output.
  • Develop and execute integrated creative strategies for brand campaigns, product launches, marketing initiatives, and growth programs.
  • Oversee all creative assets: brand guidelines, logos, UI/UX, social content, ads, videos, websites, presentations, and collateral.
  • Drive concept development, ideation sessions, and creative direction for campaigns, ensuring ideas are both innovative and aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership to translate business objectives into compelling creative narratives and experiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints (website, app, social, email, ads, events, etc.).
  • Manage the creative budget, timelines, and resource allocation; prioritize projects based on business impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance and brand perception; use insights to refine creative strategy and improve effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of design, content, and digital trends; champion innovation and experimentation in creative execution.
  • Build and nurture a strong creative culture, mentor talent, and drive continuous learning and upskilling within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in creative roles, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership position (Creative Director, Head of Design, or similar).
  • Proven track record of building and leading creative teams in agencies, digital marketing, or product‑led startups.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaigns, digital experiences, and integrated marketing work.
  • Deep expertise in brand strategy, visual design, content storytelling, and digital marketing (social, web, video, ads).
  • Hands‑on experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and familiarity with content/video tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to present and sell creative concepts to leadership and clients.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen; ability to align creative work with revenue, growth, and brand goals.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and external agencies/vendors.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or digital marketing / advertising industry.
  • Experience working with product teams on UI/UX and product branding.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and A/B testing for creative.
  • Experience in scaling creative operations in a fast‑growing startup or agency environment.

Pay: ₹16,672.10 - ₹37,003.66 per month
