Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Head, located in Kochi. The Creative Head will be responsible for leading creative projects, providing direction for branding efforts, and developing effective creative strategies. The role involves guiding graphic design and visual content, creating innovative ideas, and managing a diverse team of creative professionals. The position requires collaboration with other teams to align creative outputs with business objectives and brand vision.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Creative Direction, Branding, and Creative Strategy to lead and execute impactful projects.
• Experience and proficiency in Graphic Design to develop compelling visual concepts and assets.
• Demonstrated skills in Team Management to mentor, inspire, and lead a team of creative professionals effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and present ideas confidently.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and creative software/tools.
• A degree in Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field is highly recommended.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines is advantageous.
