Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative team in developing innovative campaigns and content

• Oversee the design and production of marketing materials

• Develop and implement creative strategies to drive brand growth

• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery Qualifications:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or Communications

• 7-10 years of professional experience in a leadership role

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic abilities

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, InDesign), web platforms (Shopify), and social media tools (Mail-chimp)

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in relevant field

• Experience in managing large teams and multiple projects

• Knowledge of marketing trends and brand building

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
