**Role Overview**

∙Develop and implement creative strategies that align with company objectives.

To lead the vision, develop innovative ideas and execute the creative projects, ensuring their

alignment with the branding and marketing strategies

∙Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.

To guide the designers in creating compelling digital marketing and promotional creatives

comprising ads, ad sets and social media posts to drive digital campaigns, aligned with the

marketing strategies from concept to execution.

∙Oversee the entire creative process of translating briefs to visual ideas from concept

to execution.

To use strategic thinking, imagery and narrative style to craft bland text into persuasive content/

creatives to emotionally and psychologically connect with the audience and drive the desired

results.

∙Collaborate across all departments to drive integrated marketing campaigns.

To design and execute promotional campaigns (as per the industry trends) from a creative and

visionary perspective in close collaboration with the publishing, branding, PR and performance

marketing team for individual products of all segments of the company to get the desired results

in terms of engagement and conversions.

∙Manage budgets, team collaboration and timelines for creative projects.

To ensure project deadlines and campaign timelines are met even in high-pressure times.

Qualifications

∙Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.

∙3+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

∙Proven ability to manage and inspire creative teams.

∙Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects particularly in the publishing

field

∙Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

∙Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
