As we scale, we’re looking for a results-oriented, strategic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and help shape our customer acquisition strategy from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and networking Promote travel packages and corporate booking services to B2B and B2C clients Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Handle inquiries, explain services, and follow up with prospects Negotiate and close deals with corporate and individual clients Work closely with internal teams for booking coordination and support Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets Maintain visit logs, client records, and reporting Requirements Field sales experience (travel or hospitality industry preferred) Good communication and negotiation skills Experience with corporate bookings or B2B travel sales is a mandatory Self-driven and target-oriented Willingness to travel within the NCR for client meetings Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, email handling) Own bike and valid driving license – mandatory What We Offer ₹25,000/month fixed salary Attractive performance-based incentives Travel and communication allowances (Virtual Office) workspace provided at Connaught Place*, New Delhi Supportive environment with opportunities to grow in the travel industry On-the-job training and career development Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
