Job Summary:

We are looking for a Creative Head who lives and breathes the beauty industry. You aren't just a designer; you are a visual storyteller who understands how a lipstick box feels in a customer’s hand and how a palette looks under retail lights. You will lead our creative department to define the visual future of Hilary Rhoda, ensuring our packaging and print assets compete with global luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities (Cosmetic Focus)

• Packaging Architecture: Lead the design of primary and secondary packaging for a wide range of SKUs (Lip, Eye, Skin, and Face). You must understand how textures, finishes, and colors translate from digital screens to physical products.
• Trend Forecasting: Analyze global beauty trends to keep Hilary Rhoda ahead of the curve.
• High-End Visual Production: Direct high-fashion product photography and model shoots. You will be responsible for the "Glamour Quotient" of the brand's visual identity.
• Print & Production Mastery: Collaborate with manufacturers to oversee color matching (critical for cosmetics), sampling, and the application of premium finishes like embossing, debossing, and metallic foils.
• Integrated Campaigns: Ensure that the "look and feel" of the packaging translates seamlessly into retail displays (POSMs), catalogues, and print advertisements.
• Team Mentorship: Lead a team of designers and visualizers, fostering a culture of "perfection in the details"—from typography to the tactile feel of paper stock.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum 8+ years of creative experience, with at least 4-5 years specifically within the Cosmetics or Luxury Lifestyle sector.
• Packaging Expertise: Expert knowledge of the cosmetic supply chain—specifically how design interacts with components like airless pumps, glass bottles, and compacts.
• Technical Stack: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Knowledge of 3D rendering (Rhino/KeyShot) for packaging mockups is a major plus.
• Eye for Detail: An obsession with color accuracy (Pantone matching) and typography.
• Portfolio: Must showcase high-quality, executed cosmetic packaging projects that have successfully hit the market.
