Job Description

As a Sales Manager at the organization, your role involves leading and managing a team of senior individual contributors and managers to achieve revenue and margin goals. Utilizing your domain knowledge, you will develop business strategies and ensure client concerns are addressed to foster strong relationships. Your responsibilities include: - Providing guidance, coaching, and support to individual contributors and managers for their development and the overall effectiveness of sales efforts. - Developing targeted business plans and strategies to achieve margin and sales goals effectively. - Establishing professional relationships with key client executives to drive ongoing profitable revenue growth. - Utilizing competitive intelligence for sales forecasting and account planning to positively influence customer buying decisions. - Managing budget plans and resource allocation based on market trends and data-driven sales forecasts. - Designing and managing sales incentive programs to motivate the sales team and reward high-performance individuals. - Analyzing customer feedback to enhance products or services and improve the overall customer experience. - Overseeing the development of sales collateral, presentations, and materials while offering technical expertise to support the sales process. - Fostering talent development within the sales force and sponsoring skill-building activities to increase overall productivity. - Ensuring the sales team adheres to legal and ethical standards in all sales activities. Education & Experience Recommended: - Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. - Typically requires 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in sales or a related field.
