Country Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Country Manager to lead our sales operations in India. This is a leadership role focused on expanding our market presence, deriving and executing GTM strategies, managing P&L, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth for our cybersecurity products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute country-level business strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Lead sales, marketing, operations, and customer success functions across the region.
• Build and grow strong relationships with enterprise clients, government bodies, and channel partners.
• Drive revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, cybersecurity standards, and corporate policies.
• Represent the company at key industry events and forums.
• Report to regional or global leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record in scaling business operations and driving revenue in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, services, and market dynamics.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field / MBA.

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with a cybersecurity firm.
• Deep network in enterprise and government sectors.
